Objectives of this Checklist

Checklist

• Unless otherwise requested by Manufacturing, prepare six complete sets of final program disks.
• Complete the Engineering Release To Manufacturing form
• Create a backup of the development environment. Both the project manager and the network services administrator store a copy of the backup.
• Resolve all bugs and assess the risks of deferred bugs.
• Complete, review, and approve the SQA Summary.
• Complete, review, and approve the ER Overview and Risk Document (outstanding issues, incompatibilities, platforms, customer considerations, etc.)
• Note any other special considerations.
• The Product Team documents a list of improvements and deviations from the Product Life Cycle.
