Objectives of this Checklist

Checklist

• Verify the MR disks against ER masters.
• Verify the disk labels.
• Virus-scan the MR disks and an installed version.
• When testing has been successfully completed, the MR is approved and the MR Form (received from manufacturer) is signed.
• Return the MR Form to Manufacturing.
• The Product Team documents a list of improvements and deviations from the Product Life Cycle.
